We are a family owned business and have been managing real estate in the San Francisco East Bay Area since 1968. From the company’s humble beginnings as Newton’s Rentals, the second generation is taking the company to the next level by providing professional, personalized real estate sales and management services, as well as contributing to the community by offering affordable housing and renovating homes to bring them to their highest and best potential.

This four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom family home in an established neighborhood had been sitting vacant for over a year and was in need of some major cosmetic upgrades.

The entire home was completely redone with fully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, new laminate floors downstairs and plush carpet upstairs. This required no structural changes, which kept the welcoming open layout, just with warm new look.

This two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home was purchased from it’s original owners who lived in the home for over 40 years. It was seriously outdated and suffered from years of deferred maintenance.

No expense was spared to bring out this cute cottage’s full potential. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully remodeled, and the hardwood floors were refinished throughout. Most importantly, the downstairs laundry area was turned into a third bedroom, which made it even more appealing to the buyer’s growing family.
