Rental Application and Information Release Form

~ Each application requires a non-refundable $40.00 processing fee ~

1. You must see the inside of the property in person or online before you are eligible to apply. Property is not rented “sight unseen.”
2. Acceptance of this application by Newton RPM LTD does not imply approval.
3. All applicants over age 18 must fill out separate applications.
4. If this application is accepted, we will do a thorough background check including, but not limited to, a credit check, criminal background check, etc. An email address is required to process the background check.
5. Applications maybe used for multiple properties. Applicants do not need to re-apply for each individual property.
